Kevin Mitchell is a senior executive and governance advisor with more than 37 years of leadership experience across global aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and complex operational environments. He held Senior Vice President roles at two Fortune 100 companies—Boeing and Northrop Grumman where he led large-scale global operations spanning manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, environmental health C safety, and workforce execution.

At Boeing, Kevin served as Vice President of Global Operations within Boeing Global Services, reporting to the CEO, with responsibility for worldwide aircraft sustainment, modification, conversion, repair, and readiness across commercial and defense fleets. At Northrop Grumman, he served as Vice President of Global Operations C Supply Chain for Aerospace Systems, reporting to the President, directing end-to-end aircraft production, MRO, modifications, and a global supply chain supporting U.S. and allied military programs. Across both organizations, Kevin led teams of 4,000 to over 7,000 employees, stabilizing complex operations, aligning execution with executive intent, and protecting leadership teams from execution failure and governance gaps. His experience spans the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Kevin is recognized for bridging strategy, governance, and execution, strengthening operating models, and delivering predictable outcomes in highly regulated, mission-critical environments. He founded Kevin Mitchell Advisors (KMA) to provide governance- led advisory services and MfgChainX as its execution arm, delivering results under KMA authority.
